Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Radiate Studio to create, upload, share, or distribute content or engage in activity that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unsafe.
Prohibited uses include, for example:
- Illegal content or activity
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights
- Harassment, threats, hate, or abuse
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Violent extremist content or promotion of violence
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, or deceptive practices
- Malware, phishing, or other malicious code
- Attempts to bypass security, access restrictions, or usage limits
- Unauthorized scraping, automation, or interference with the Services
- Use of the Services, Outputs, or platform content to develop, train, or improve competing models or services, except where expressly authorized by Radiate
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, and reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or the Services.
