Radiate Validator LLC (“Radiate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Radiate Studio to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to copyright-infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content available through the Radiate Studio services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. Radiate operates as an online service provider that hosts user-submitted content and responds to copyright complaints in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512.
Your notice must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as URLs, project identifiers, or screenshots).
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
Counter-notifications should be sent to dmca@radiatestudio.ai.
If a valid counter-notification is received, Radiate will restore the material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order as provided under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Radiate maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Services or remove content at our discretion to comply with the DMCA or applicable law.
Radiate also accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, where such measures meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
4. Good-Faith Submissions Only
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Radiate reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies for abuse of the DMCA process.
5. Relationship to Terms of Service
This DMCA Policy is incorporated by reference into the Radiate Studio Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms. The designated copyright agent identified in this Policy is the same agent referenced in the Radiate Studio Terms of Service.
