Radiate Studio – Responsible AI Statement

Radiate Studio builds generative-AI technology that empowers creators while maintaining ethical, transparent, and safe practices.

Our Core Principles

1. Human-Centered Design – AI should augment human creativity, not replace it. Radiate products are designed to empower artists, storytellers, and developers.

2. Transparency – We aim to clearly communicate when content is AI-generated through product experience and documentation where feasible, and provide details about our model providers and data practices in the AI Transparency & Model Information section of our Privacy Policy.

3. Privacy & Data Protection – We minimize data collection, never sell personal data, and do not use user projects to train models without consent.

4. Fairness & Inclusion – We evaluate model behavior for bias, work to mitigate discriminatory outcomes, and improve accessibility in AI features. We do not guarantee bias-free or uniform outputs.

5. Accountability & Oversight – Radiate’s moderation program uses human review and, where enabled in the relevant product flow, automated detection systems to prevent misuse or harm.

6. Security & Integrity – We maintain a Vulnerability Disclosure Policy to ensure the platform remains secure.

7. Environmental Responsibility – We consider sustainability practices when selecting infrastructure and model providers and encourage responsible energy use.

Radiate monitors emerging AI governance frameworks, including the EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles, and the U.S. NIST AI Risk Management Framework, for informational purposes. References to such frameworks do not constitute a representation of legal compliance unless and until such obligations formally apply to Radiate.
